Job summary

Flourish Education are recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Pershore, starting in September 2026 and continuing until the Christmas holidays.

You will deliver tailored lessons and work alongside specialist staff to meet the needs of pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other learning and communication needs, providing academic and pastoral support. QTS is essential and prior SEN classroom experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential.

• Experience supporting challenging behaviour is desirable.
• Strong classroom management.
• Ability to adapt teaching effectively.

The setting supports pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and communication needs. You will deliver tailored lessons and work alongside specialist staff to ensure pupils receive appropriate academic and pastoral support.

Benefits of Working as an SEN Teacher with Flourish Education:

• Pay from £174.71 to £240.70 per day, equivalent to £34,068 to £46,937 based on working five days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1–M6)

This role is based in Pershore and is easily accessible from Evesham, Worcester, Malvern, Upton-upon-Severn, Droitwich Spa and surrounding areas.
