Job summary

Flourish Education in Bewdley is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a specialist setting from November 2026 to June 2027.

You will work with pupils with SEMH, ASD and ADHD, providing individual and small‑group support, helping with emotional regulation, behaviour and access to learning.

Job description

Flourish Education are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Bewdley, starting in November 2026 and continuing until June 2027.

The setting provides specialist education for pupils with a range of complex and additional needs. These can include SEMH, Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and behavioural needs. The successful candidate will provide structured support and help pupils remain engaged with learning and develop their independence.

Experience within a specialist school, alternative provision, residential setting or similar SEN environment would be beneficial.

Job Role:

This SEN Teaching Assistant role is based in Bewdley and is easily commutable from Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcester, Bridgnorth, Bromsgrove, Hagley and surrounding areas.
