Qualifications

Vision for Education are recruiting for a SEND Teacher

£150 £250 (per day) – Salary depends on experience and/or qualifications.

The role is full time (Monday to Friday) starting January 2026 and could lead to a permanent contract. You will work with children KS2, KS3 and KS4, assisting in their educational career.

Responsibilities

As a SEND Teacher you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, individualised education to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. You will create engaging lesson plans tailored to each student’s unique learning style, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Requirements
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Primary or Secondary subject specialism – Ideally Maths and/or English.
  • Experience working with children with a variety of SEND.
  • Previous experience within a similar specialist setting or strong transferable experience from a mainstream setting.
  • Genuine desire to become part of a committed team of SEND Teachers and LSAs.
  • Passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
