Job summary

SENse Learning seeks dedicated Intervention Tutors in the UK to provide one-to-one support for SEND and SEMH learners. You will deliver bespoke, trauma-informed sessions in-person, online, or hybrid, focusing on KS1–KS5 needs and EHCP-aligned goals.

You will join a mission-driven community, with flexible scheduling, safeguarding emphasis, and ongoing professional support. This is a self-employed tutoring role with rolling applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• QTS/QTLS certification required and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Deliver in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring tailored to EHCPs and risk assessments.
• Plan and report lessons with regular progress feedback.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with trauma-informed tutoring.
