Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking an Intervention Tutor to provide one-to-one support for SEND learners across KS1–KS5 in the UK. The role offers in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring with flexible hours and scheduling arranged with clients and schools.

You will deliver bespoke, trauma-informed sessions and build pupils’ confidence and academic progress. Applicants should have at least 2 years post-NQT teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status, plus DBS.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND, SEMH, and other needs in a holistic, trauma-informed way.
• Enhanced DBS and two professional references required.
• Based in the UK with right to work, including remote/online work.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons with regular feedback on student progress.
