Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking Intervention Tutors to provide bespoke, one-to-one support for SEND learners in a flexible, student-centered setting. Roles include in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring across KS1–KS5, with safeguarding at the forefront.

You will work with pupils who face behavioural, emotional, or learning challenges, applying trauma-informed methods and curriculum adaptations to help them re-engage with education and develop confidence for progression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD in a holistic/trauma-informed way.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work; experience with safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke, one-to-one interventions in person, online/remote, or hybrid.
• Plan and report lessons; provide regular progress feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment and support pupils across KS1–KS5 as needed.
