Job summary

A small independent day school in Bromley is seeking an experienced SENDCo to lead SEND provision and manage EHCP compliance. The Tutorial Foundation – Bromley | Specialist Day School (13–17)

The Tutorial Foundation is a small independent day school supporting autistic and ADHD young people. We provide a calm, relationship-led environment with small classes, predictable routines and a strong focus on wellbeing. We are now seeking an experienced, committed SENDCo to lead SEND provision across the school.

The Role

The SENDCo will oversee all aspects of SEND, including :

  • EHCP management, reviews and statutory compliance
  • Provision mapping and progress monitoring
  • Coordinating external professionals and multi‑agency support
  • Advising and guiding staff on effective SEND practices
  • Ensuring our low‑arousal, trauma‑informed ethos is embedded consistently

  • NASENCo is essential
  • Strong understanding of autism, ADHD and SEMH
  • Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
  • A calm, reflective and collaborative approach
