About the role

You’ll be joining a nurturing, highly skilled team who support pupils with complex learning needs. Each day will bring something different, but you can expect to:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SLD
• Help pupils engage in sensory‑based learning and routines
• Build trusting relationships that make school feel safe
• Assist with communication, emotional regulation and independence
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and specialists who really understand SEND
• Create a learning space where every child can shine in their own way
