SEN Teaching Assistant - Alderley Edge - Long-Term Placement - Immediate Start until November

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a genuine passion for supporting children with complex special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND)?

Academics are working with a well-resourced SEN school set in a rural location near Alderley Edge, looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant available to join their team immediately on a long-term basis, running until the end of November 2026. The school has said that there is a possibility for extension for the right candidate.

You'll be working closely with students aged 11-25 who have a range of moderate to complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and physical difficulties. This role is hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who is calm, adaptable, resilient, and committed to supporting young people to thrive both academically and personally.
