This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality lessons to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.
  • Creating and implementing tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Differentiating lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students in your care.
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants, support staff, and SENCOs to provide the best possible learning environment for students.
  • Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Working closely with external agencies and professionals to support students' development.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children, ideally in a SEN setting.
  • Passion for working with students with special educational needs and a strong commitment to their academic and personal development.
  • A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with students and other professionals.
