The school supports pupils withASC, SEMH, MLD, SLD and complex needs, providing a nurturing, structured and holistic environment where every child is supported to succeed. You will be joining a highly supportive leadership team and a staff cohort who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care and personalised learning.
As a permanent member of staff, you will :
Lead a small, well-supported class with a high ratio of specialist SEN Teaching Assistants.
Plan and deliverindividualised, creative and differentiatedlessons that meet diverse learning and sensory needs.
Use trauma-informed, relational and therapeutic approaches to support behaviour and regulation.
Work closely with pastoral teams, therapists, families and external professionals to deliver consistent support.
Contribute to EHCP reviews, progress tracking and whole-school development.

QTS (essential)and a genuine passion for SEN education.
Experience working with pupils who haveASC, SEMH or complex learning needs(or strong transferable experience).
