About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Bolton, providing tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, adapting to their individual needs.
  • Assist the class teacher with general TA duties, including lesson preparation and classroom management.
  • Implement EHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans) and support students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes confidence and independence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning abilities.
