Contract Type: Temporary

Start Date: January 2025

Pay Rate: £108.60 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

Qualification: Desirable – Makaton and Level 3 but experience is also welcomed

Experience: Experience in working with children and young people with autism – 6 months minimum

Overview

Education Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive and well‑respected school for SEND pupils especially those with Autism in rural Belper to recruit a dedicated SEN TA for a temporary position, starting in January. There are multiple roles available including daily casual bank and also long term full time positions. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SEN TA educator to contribute to a thriving department and support students at from EYFS to 16+.

The school is nestled in the heart of Amber Valley and prides itself on its inclusivity and diversity. The school has a wide range of sensory tools that will assist any TA achieve their very best with their pupils.
