Are you organised people-focused and ready to make a real impact in a thriving school environment Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly Business Support this part-time term-time only role youll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of our HR and recruitment operations helping us find welcome and support the incredible staff who make our school thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission while enjoying flexibility and a supportive collaborative work environment.

Start date : as soon as possible

Hours : 15 hours / week term-time only (flexible across 23 days between 08 : 00 17 : 00)

Salary : Point 1420 (FTE)

Employment Type : Part-Time

What Youll Be Doing :

Recruitment Support
  • Assist candidate vetting interviews and onboarding
  • Ensure safer recruitment practices and pre-employment checks are completed
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire induction
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data
  • Support training wellbeing initiatives and internal communications
  • Assist with probation reviews sickness tracking and return-to-work processes
