We are recruiting an SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a large, well-run 3-form entry primary school in Fulham, working within the school's ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) unit. This ARP supports pupils with complex needs, including ASD and associated learning or emotional needs, within a high-quality mainstream private school environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is trauma-informed, highly empathetic and understands that behaviour is often communication. You will support pupils who require consistency, emotional regulation strategies and trusting adult relationships to access learning successfully.

You will be working closely with a team of caring, social and dedicated professionals - a lovely work environment for the right enthusiastic person!

The Role: SEN LSA - Fulham
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support within the ARP unit

  • Work closely with a vibrant and social hub of education professionals including teachers, SENCOs and specialist staff

  • Support pupils with SEN to engage with learning and routines

  • Use trauma-informed and inclusive strategies to support emotional regulation

  • Promote a calm, safe and nurturing learning environment
