Job summary

A leading educational organization in Leeds seeks a learning support Advisor/Mentor to assist learners with additional needs. This part-time role (15.5 hours a week) involves providing tailored support to individuals in a Military Academy, ensuring effective learning experiences and modifications. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with Post 16 Learners.
• Training in aspects of SEN, i.e., ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism.
• Knowledge of different social, cultural, and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured support using effective interventions.
• Aid access to learning experiences and modified materials.
• Advise tutors on adjustments for learners with needs.
