Overview

SEN Data Officer
£400 per day (inside IR35)
Full-time, Hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite)
6 month initial contract

We are currently working in partnership with a local authority to recruit an experienced SEN Data Officer to support their SEN Service during a critical period of system migration and service transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a data professional with a strong background in Synergy and Liquidlogic, who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality, integrity, and storage of SEN data captured in Synergy and other systems.
  • Analyse and report on key performance indicators, service outcomes, and impact using aggregated data.
  • Support the ongoing migration to LiquidLogic, including data migration, testing, and validation.
  • Create and manage datasets from multiple sources and software platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems to support service delivery and strategic planning.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Synergy and LiquidLogic – this is a must.
  • Proven track record in managing data migrations and maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in technical scripting tools such as SQL.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and tools like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal training.
