A prominent educational organization in Brent is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support secondary-aged pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will utilize strong behaviour management skills and build positive relationships to encourage engagement. Are you experienced in supporting young people with SEMH, SEBD or ASD needs? Do you have a background in managing challenging behaviour, small-group teaching, or providing 1:1 support? Do you hold Team Teach or MAPA training? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are working with a specialist Alternative Provision in Brent that supports secondary-aged pupils who have been excluded, or are at risk of exclusion, from mainstream education. The school provides a highly personalised and therapeutic learning environment for young people with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.
The successful Behaviour Mentor will join a dedicated team in an outstanding setting with an international reputation for its expertise in special education, specialist curriculum design and high-quality resources.
