A major airport operator in Mill End seeks a Security Team Supervisor for overseeing terminal security operations. Working as part of the wider management team looking after passenger security operations and reporting directly into the Security Performance Managers. This role is responsible for 24/7 delivery of Terminal security operations in line with regulatory requirements and MAG policies and processes. The Security Team Supervisor will manage a team and lead on the day delivery of security performance in line with compliance, productivity, customer experience and Health & Safety targets, with first line people management duties.
