Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager in the UK to directly drive adoption of the Splunk platform for top customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating security use cases into best practices and coordinating with internal teams to improve product offerings.

In this role you will maintain strong customer relationships, shepherd implementation projects, and help identify opportunities for CSAT improvements and expansion across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT security with customer-facing experience.
• Active security certifications (GIAC/CISSP/oscp or equivalent).
• Experience with SIEMs including Splunk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to adopt Splunk ES/UBA and ensure security objectives.
• Resolve complex issues to maximize platform resilience and uptime.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support to drive success.
• Identify product expansion opportunities within accounts.
