Splunk, a Cisco company, seeks a Security Technical Account Manager in Crawley, UK to drive adoption of the Splunk platform for enterprise security objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer use cases into best practices for ES, UBA, and related apps.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure high customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within a global team.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years of dedicated information security experience.
• Experience using or administering SIEM or security log management systems (such as Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, QRadar, Rapid7, Sentinel, or Chronicle).
• Active Splunk certification with hands-on experience managing Splunk premium apps (ES, Phantom, or UBA).
• Possession of at least one industry-standard security certification (GIAC, CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent).
• Experience operating in Unix and Windows environments, with scripting in Bash or Python.

• Partner with customers to provide technical guidance on ES and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to minimize downtime and improve system resilience.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure customer success.
• Engage with the broader Splunk Account Team to align strategic account plans.
• Develop collateral and tools to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Drive high CSAT and identify opportunities for product expansion within existing accounts.
• Mentor team members and participate in internal training.
