Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Take day‑to‑day accountability for service quality and performance across all contractual elements within the assigned area.
  • Lead the operational delivery of the contract, ensuring full compliance with contractual, statutory, and company standards.
  • Act as an on‑site authority for operational matters, owning issues to resolution rather than escalating without action.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team, setting clear expectations and holding individuals accountable for performance and conduct.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and assurance processes to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.
  • Manage resources effectively to deliver required outcomes within agreed budgets, identifying efficiencies where appropriate.
  • Respond professionally and proportionately to client requirements, maintaining a solutions‑focused, service‑led approach.
