Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer experience through visitor management.
• Issue security badges and manage their use.
• Respond to emergency situations like fire and first aid.
• Complete incident reporting and Daily Occurrence Book.
• Conduct safety checks and report hazards.
• Answer incoming calls and direct as necessary.
• Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn.
• Comply with health and safety procedures.
• Support the Facilities Department as needed.
