Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join their client's team in Barton Under Needwood, on a permanent basis. The role includes monitoring access to the site, conducting regular patrols, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates must have previous security experience and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous security or gatehouse experience essential.
• Valid SIA licence advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

• Liaise with colleagues and site staff to maintain smooth operations
• Conduct regular site patrols to ensure safety and security standards are upheld
• Respond promptly to incidents, escalating where necessary
• Maintain accurate records and logs in line with site procedures

• Reliable, punctual and able to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents
• Team player with a proactive approach to maintaining site safety

Working Hours

• 4 on, 4 off, 6am - 6pm
