Responsibilities include overseeing a team of Security Officers, managing complaints, and coordinating with contractors to uphold safety procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure an unmatched visitor experience and effectively manage relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional management to the JLL Client and Security team.
• Ensure visitor and tenant experience is top-notch.
• Oversee all aspects of site security including common areas and visitors.
• Manage a team of around 6 Security Officers.
• Assist with day-to-day running of Hardman Square.
• Ensure procedures are followed for contractors on site.
• Handle complaints appropriately.
