About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality security services across multiple client sites in the Coventry area. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, customer service, and looking to gain operational management skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned security contracts across Coventry and surrounding regions.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Security Officers, ensuring performance standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and risk assessments to uphold service quality and safety.
  • Manage rosters, holiday scheduling, and recruitment to ensure adequate site coverage.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation for each contract.
  • Handle incident investigations, reporting, and client feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Support the mobilisation of new contracts and transition of existing services where required.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a Security Contract Manager or Area Manager role within the security industry.
  • SIA Licence (Front Line and/or Non‑Front Line).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and security compliance standards.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel across sites as required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
