Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an inspiring Security Manager to lead the on-site security team across our parks, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests. You will recruit, train and develop your team to deliver outstanding service and support throughout the park.

You will plan security resource levels, oversee patrols, CCTV, investigations, and reporting, while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team.
• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision).
• Full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource levels to ensure adequate security coverage for the park.
• Utilise security team to patrol the park, deter threats and respond as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security assignment instructions.
• Manage incidents and escalations with thorough reporting.
