Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Security Manager to lead our security team across one of our UK holiday parks. You will oversee daily security operations, recruit, train, and develop your team, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to ensure guest safety and exceptional service.

The role involves managing security resources, liaising with enforcement authorities, and promoting security awareness through meetings and briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a security team.
• Current SIA license (Door Supervision) is required.
• Full UK driving licence (manual) is required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage security resources to cover the park.
• Coordinate patrols and deter security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security assignments and instructions.
• Lead investigations and report incidents with detailed statements.
• Oversee CCTV and security technology operations.
• Review security data using on-park systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities and manage risk across the park.
