Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an inspirational Security Manager to lead our security team across the park. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests. Accommodation may be provided and you will engage with local authorities as needed.

The role focuses on protecting guests and property while delivering exceptional service, with responsibilities spanning CCTV, incident management, and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a security team.
• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills & confident to communicate and influence.
• Ability to drive a positive security culture within a team and manage and develop others.
• Commercial awareness, able to manage a budget and rota.
• Able to manage a high pressure, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource levels to meet security needs of the park.
• Utilise security team to patrol and deter incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security assignment instructions.
• Manage incidents, escalation, and reporting.
• Oversee security technology and CCTV operations.
• Carry out investigations and produce detailed statements and reports.
