Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an inspiring Security Manager to lead our security team across our parks, ensuring a welcoming, safe and smoothly operated environment. You’ll recruit, train and develop your team, oversee day-to-day security operations including CCTV and incidents, manage budgets and rota, and liaise with local authorities to uphold the highest standards of safety.

This role requires an SIA license, a full UK driving licence, and a proven ability to drive a positive

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team.
• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).
• Excellent customer service skills & confident to communicate and influence.
• Ability to drive positive security culture within a team, and effectively manage and develop a team.
• Commercial awareness, able to manage a budget and rota.
• Able to manage a high pressure, fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning resource levels to ensure the park has the required level of security.
• Utilising Security team members to patrol the park, providing deterrence and preventing incidents.
• Ensuring compliance with security assignment instructions.
• Managing incidents and escalations, with proper reporting.
• Managing security technology and CCTV systems.
• Carrying out full and unbiased investigations with detailed statements.
• Using on-park systems to review security data.
• Identifying and managing security vulnerabilities and risks to the park.
• Liaising with local enforcement authorities for inspections and investigations.
• Attending management and regional meetings to promote security awareness.
• Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, trust and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and team briefings to keep team engaged.
