Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an inspiring Security Manager to lead our security team across the park, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests. You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and develop your team, manage security tech and CCTV, and report incidents with clear statements.

You will drive a proactive security culture, handle budgets and rosters, liaise with authorities, and participate in regional meetings to promote safety across our 65 parks. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a security team on large sites.
• Current SIA license (Door Supervision) & full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service and ability to influence and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource levels to ensure adequate security.
• Utilise security team to patrol the park and deter incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security assignment instructions.
• Manage incidents and investigations with clear reporting.
• Oversee security technology and CCTV systems.
• Liaise with local authorities and review security data.
• Attend management meetings to promote security awareness.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
