Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Security Manager to lead a dedicated security team across our UK park. You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit, train and develop your team, and ensure a welcoming, secure guest experience.

You will manage resources, CCTV systems, investigations, and liaise with authorities while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the park.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a security team.
• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full UK driving licence (Manual).
• Excellent customer service skills & confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources to ensure adequate security for the park.
• Utilise security staff to patrol and deter incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security instructions and reporting.
• Manage incidents with proper escalation and reporting.
