Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an inspirational Security Manager to lead the security team across our UK parks. You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and train your team, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will manage security budgets, drive a positive security culture, and coordinate with local authorities as needed. DBS checks will be carried out where appropriate, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a security team.
• SIA licence (Minimum Door Supervision) and full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to drive a positive security culture within a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource levels to ensure adequate security for the park.
• Utilise security team to patrol and deter incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security instructions and reporting.
• Manage incidents with proper escalation and documentation.
• Oversee security technology and CCTV operations.
• Conduct investigations and document findings clearly.
• Review security data using on-park systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities and liaise with enforcement authorities.
