Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Security Manager to lead our on-park security team, ensuring a welcoming, safe guest experience across our 65 parks. You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit, train and develop staff, and drive service excellence with accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a security team.
• Hold a valid SIA license (Doors Supervision).
• Full clean UK driving licence (manual).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster a positive security culture.
• Commercial awareness including budget and rota management.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource levels to ensure adequate security across the park.
• Utilise security team for patrols to deter incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security assignments and procedures.
• Manage incidents with escalation and reporting.
• Oversee security technology and CCTV systems.
• Conduct unbiased investigations with detailed statements and records.
• Review security data using on-park systems to identify risks.
• Liaise with local enforcement for inspections and investigations.
• Attend management meetings to promote security awareness.
