  • Audit soft services and report per contract requirements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of systems.

Job description

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced, hands-on Security Duty Manager to join our B2B Soft FM Team at our client’s prestigious site in Deeside, CH5. The role involves assisting the site manager with our Soft Services Contract.

You will be primarily responsible for managing the Security department while supporting the Contract manager with onsite operations such as cleaning and catering, ensuring efficient, well-organized, and innovative service delivery. You will also maintain accurate records of business activity, ensure financial controls, and meet SLAs.

The role includes people management and acting as the first point of contact for client queries in the Contract Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing security staff rotas, including sickness absence and holidays
  • Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, providing information to the Contract manager as needed
  • Ensuring AIs & SOPs are current
  • Overseeing and ensuring successful on-site inductions, training, and maintaining training records
  • Auditing soft services and reporting in line with contract requirements
  • Assisting in maintaining systems, procedures, and standards for smooth service delivery (may include working weekends/evenings/nights)
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of systems and procedures
  • Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to challenge established practices
Key Requirements
  • Valid SIA Badge – SG or DS License (essential)
  • Valid UK Manual Driving License (essential)
  • First Aid qualification (essential)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to develop operational teams focused on service delivery
  • Understanding of H&S, Environment, and QA procedures
  • Ability to support budget management
  • Full 5-year checkable work history
