Successful Secondary School Teachers must:

· Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education,

· Have experience of teaching within the UK,

· Have the correct Education and Training

· Be able to set high standards,

· Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,

· Plan innovative and creative lessons,

· Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
