Overview

Our client, a prominent player in the aerospace sector, is currently seeking a skilled Second Line IT Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Wimborne.

Responsibilities
  • Providing second line IT support, managing and resolving incidents in a timely manner
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure optimal operation and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with first line support and other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure and software
  • Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with established procedures
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of issues and solutions
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality
Qualifications
