Barchester Healthcare Limited is seeking a passionate Second Chef to join our team in our UK homes, delivering fresh seasonal dishes with hotel/restaurant standards. You will support the Head Chef, tailor menus for residents, and help create nutritious, delicious meals in a warm, welcoming kitchen environment.

You will manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence, work within budget, and participate in audits to uphold high standards of care and quality across our services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the kitchen in Head Chef’s absence.

• Complete regular audits and stock control.
