Overview

At The Entertainer, Macclesfield in the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, we love to create memories for all customers who come through our doors, helping to find the perfect toy or gift, keeping the shelves full and our stores welcoming. At Christmas, this is no different!

Responsibilities

• Reliable and flexible in what hours you can work, there may be the chance of extra hours too if we\'re busy.


• Approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service.


• Physically fit and able to move stock around the store, working with deliveries and pallets on your own and as a team.


• Be willing and able to help out when needed in our local Tesco concession space. Merchandising, keeping the shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries.


• Support weekend work including Sundays as our stores are open 7 days a week.


• The hours available for this store include: a 12-hour per week contract (you may work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or two 6-hour shifts) or an 8-hour per week contract (typically 4-hour shifts over 2 days, or one full day at times).


• There may also be an opportunity to work extra hours in this role, depending on trade.


• With all Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts you will also be asked to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Years Eve.

Pay and Contract

• 16-20 year olds - £11.00 per hour.


• 21-year-old plus - £12.21 per hour.


• Contract end date: 3rd January 2026.
