Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stockroom organization; complete daily tasks.
• Foster team collaboration and participate in brand initiatives and training.
