Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the UK to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build strong client relationships, use POS and mobile tools, and contribute to inventory and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to drive purchases.
• Meet personal and store KPIs and participate in brand initiatives.
• Support inventory, cash wrap, and store operations.
