Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience at our UK store. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and collaborating with the team to drive brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with live-stream shopping or social media-based selling. Flexible scheduling is required, including peak seasons and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap and inventory replenishment.
