- Experience with POS and mobile POS.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with high service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilise POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Support daily store operations and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions and assist with inventory movement.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
