Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver elevated, personalized service and drive store goals. You will blend luxury retail expertise with omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to foster brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include clienteling, product knowledge, and executing personal sales plans while supporting daily store operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and movement of product.
• Assist teammates in other areas as required.
• Foster teamwork and a collaborative environment; participate in brand initiatives and training.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
