Coach UK is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet store targets, and support daily operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, build client relationships, and use POS and mobile tools to process transactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and mobile tools to complete transactions.
• Maintain store standards including cash wrap and merchandising.
• Support inventory and stock movement as required.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
