Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture data for repeat purchases.
• Execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Support inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
