Job summary

A luxury beach club in Greece is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for summer 2026. Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in a 2 Rosette kitchen (desirable).
• Strong understanding of food handling, hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage your section within the kitchen.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standards.
• Support weekly events, weddings, and food pop-ups.
• Work with Head Chef to manage costs and minimize waste.
• Contribute to menu development and dietary needs.
