Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics projects and hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO). The role involves leading Agile delivery, coaching cross-functional teams, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful enterprise application outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader, embedding Agile and Scrum best practices across Microsoft Dynamics delivery teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and convert them into well-defined user stories in ADO.
• Manage and maintain backlogs, sprint boards, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps.
• Coach teams on Agile maturity, self-organisation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and predictable delivery.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
• Collaborate with vendors, technical leads, and global teams to ensure high-quality Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
• Promote a Lean-Agile mindset and drive continuous process and delivery improvements.
