We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery teams within a structured engineering environment. You will act to embed Agile best practices, enable continuous improvement, and work closely with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Support the use and administration of software development tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, and Git, ensuring boards, workflows, and data are kept up to date.
  • Assist with software configuration management using tools such as Bitbucket and Artifactory to support version control and release activities.
  • Maintain change, task, and backlog management in JIRA, including tracking actions, problem reports, and delivery items.
  • Work within Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), following defined processes and documentation such as Software Development Plans.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
