Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law and the Personal Injury process, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve:
  • Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury
  • Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
  • Negotiating settlements with insurers
  • Representing clients in court
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 2+ years’ experience in personal injury law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence.
  • Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls
  • Use of Proclaim
